We are the leading Innovator in women's health, helping healthcare professionals around the world diagnose and treat their patients with precision, certainty and confidence.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What to expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for administrating EH&amp;S Management systems at assigned facilities.</li>\n <li>Conducts EH&amp;S Compliance Audits at Hologic sites; identifies and corrects potential hazards; ensures ongoing compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Administrates workplace safety incident management, including workers compensation administration, and facilitating the corrective/preventative action process.</li>\n <li>Assists in the development and implementation of EH&amp;S programs, policies &amp; procedures.</li>\n <li>Acts as a business partner to employees and managers on all safety related issues; promotes safety first culture.</li>\n <li>Monitors/supervises hazardous waste management at assigned facilities.</li>\n <li>Provides emergency response support and action planning at assigned facilities.</li>\n <li>Develops EH&amp;S training programs and provides training to employees as required.</li>\n <li>Maintains and monitors EH&amp;S records, equipment and the compliance calendar for assigned facilities, including permit submissions.</li>\n <li>Provides key performance indicator reporting to Corporate EH&amp;S.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of federal, state &amp; local EH&amp;S regulations, safety procedures, equipment, supplies, and loss control &amp; prevention theories.</li>\n <li>Ability to work cross functionally to establish programs and communicate effectively throughout the organization.</li>\n <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills, competent business partner and advisor attitude.</li>\n <li>Familiar with sustainability principles.</li>\n <li>Good business and technical writing skills.</li>\n <li>Able to prioritize and plan daily activities with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Skilled in developing and conducting EH&amp;S related training.</li>\n <li>Regular travel between two Marlborough, MA facilities (Campus &amp; Simarano) will be required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in an Environmental Health and Safety related field or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>2-5 years of experience in the EH&amp;S discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The annualized base salary range for this role is $63,000 to $98,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand..</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Agency and Third Party Recruiter Notice:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Agencies that submit a resume to Hologic must have a current executed Hologic Agency Agreement executed by a member of the Human Resource Department.
