    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p><strong>Mercer Landmark is hiring a full-time Mill Operator for our feed manufacturing facility in Celina, working on 2nd shift.</strong></p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>This role supports daily feed mill operations, including assisting with production processes, handling incoming ingredients, loading outbound deliveries, and operating equipment such as forklifts.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Operate WEM automation systems to support animal feed production</li><li>Assist with ingredient receiving, feed loadout, and general mill operations</li><li>Perform tasks both inside the facility and outdoors as needed</li><li>Maintain cleanliness through routine housekeeping and organization</li><li>Follow all safety policies and help ensure a safe, compliant work environment</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by supporting patron needs and representing Mercer Landmark professionally</li><li>Complete additional duties as assigned to support operations</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills and basic reading comprehension</li><li>Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities</li><li>Familiarity with general workplace safety practices</li><li>Forklift experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)</li><li>Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods</li><li>Willingness to work in varying weather and seasonal conditions</li><li>Understanding of agricultural or industrial work environments is a plus</li><li>Any combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the job</li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including:<ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Life and disability coverage</li><li>Pension plan and 401(k)</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Clothing allowance</li><li>Bonus opportunities and additional benefits</li></ul></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
