Andy's Statewide, backed by the scale of American Residential Services (ARS), you will step into a highly lucrative territory with zero door-to-door canvas requirements. This role requires an individual who can translate customer needs into clear mechanical solutions— help homeowners replace and upgrade their heating and air conditioning systems . This role focuses on providing professional consultations and recommending HVAC system solutions based on each customer’s comfort needs. Ideal for top performers with experience in contracting sales, home improvement, solar assets, or consumer service industries . The Benefit Track : 3 to 4 pre-screened home appointments coordinated for you daily (55+ per month minimum). Regular weekly commission payouts. Complete mobility package: Company service vehicle, gas card, and business tech. Medical coverage tiers starting at $5/week, life insurance, 401(k) company match, and a generous PTO/holiday package. Uncapped commission structure designed for high performers. Insurance available after 31 days Low-cost medical (as low as $5/week) Dental, vision, HSA/FSA 401(k) with company match 13 days PTO + 8 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance Ongoing sales training and leadership development Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing As A Project Consultant / Residential Sales Specialist : Meet with homeowners and serve as the primary analyst for in-home heating and cooling replacement projects. Assessing physical equipment health, which involves entering attics, utility spaces, and crawlspaces . Presenting value-based HVAC system upgrades, pricing tiers, and diverse finance routes. Closing accounts efficiently in a consultative, single-visit sales environment . Work closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoff Lead flow is consistent, but volume can fluctuate depending on seasonal and weather-driven demand .
