Our established process ensures top-tier claims support, ranging from rapid catastrophe response to direct inspections.</p><p>As a <strong>Content Onsite Field Inspector</strong>, you’ll join our dynamic network of independent contractors, traveling to properties to inspect personal property claims and create detailed inventory lists of damaged or lost items. This role does not require licensing or certifications (though they are always a plus).</p><p>Please keep in mind that many of our assignments involve vandalism, fire, or water damage. Some environments may be dirty, have exposed ceilings, no electricity, or be affected by weather and temperature conditions, as most of our claims involve large residential and commercial losses.<br> </p><p>This position requires extensive travel. Candidates must be willing and able to travel a <strong><em>minimum of 180 miles</em></strong> one way from their current location. <strong>Travel expenses are reimbursed.</strong></p><p><em><strong><u>This is a 1099 Independent Subcontractor position.</u></strong></em><br> </p><p><strong>Successful Inspectors Possess:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong customer service skills</p></li><li><p>Professionalism and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations</p></li><li><p>Empathy and compassion toward policyholders during difficult situations</p></li><li><p>Background in insurance, field work, construction, or law enforcement is a plus, but not required</p></li><li><p>Ability to self-coordinate scheduling — our goal is to be onsite within 24–48 hours of first contact with the policyholder<br> </p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Reliable mobile phone and computer with internet/Wi-Fi access</p></li><li><p>Valid Driver’s License</p></li><li><p>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively (180 miles one way)</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain a flexible schedule</p></li><li><p>Contents or insurance field experience is not required, but always a plus</p></li><li><p>Intermediate to advanced computer skills</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to manage fluctuating workloads during seasonal volume changes and catastrophe events</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction</p></li></ul>",
