Your commitment to providing exceptional service will not only surprise and delight our customers but also enhance their experience with us.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>In this exciting role, you'll be part of a dynamic three-person delivery team! You'll alternate between making deliveries in the truck and preparing products in our delivery center. When you're on the road, you'll switch between being the driver and the partner in a two-person delivery team, bringing high-quality, American-made home furnishings to our valued customers across the San Diego area. Every other week, you'll have the opportunity to work in our delivery center, where you'll take on the merchandise quality role. Here, you'll prepare products for delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of excellence. Additionally, you'll engage in product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection, making sure everything is just right for our customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with paid overtime</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> 6131 Innovation Way, Suite 110, Carlsbad, CA 92009</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The qualities we look for in a Delivery Driver:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are genuine and take pride in providing exceptional customer service</li>\n <li>You enjoy being in a physically active role and bring core strength, agility and stamina</li>\n <li>You place a high priority on safety and contribute to creating the safest workplace possible</li>\n <li>You’re an effective communicator</li>\n <li>You’re thoughtful, resourceful and a natural problem solver</li>\n <li>You value a workplace built on relationships of mutual respect, accountability and trust</li>\n <li>You want more than a “job”; you want to be part of a company where your role has meaning, teamwork is real and you contribute to something bigger.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional requirements to be a Delivery Driver:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A genuine passion for serving customers, demonstrated through prior experience in a customer-facing delivery or customer service role, is highly valued and preferred</li>\n <li>At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)</li>\n <li>Able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment</li>\n <li>Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure effective communication with your delivery partner, internal teams and customers</li>\n <li>Able to pass pre-employment requirements, including a 5-panel drug screen (no THC)</li>\n <li>Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer our Delivery Drivers:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $52,500 - $65,000 / year ($25.24 - $31.25/ hour)<em>Our salary is guaranteed with occasional paid overtime.
