Part time/Per Diem positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li>\n <li>Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.</li>\n <li>Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients.</li>\n <li>Ensures the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities.</li>\n <li>Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, co-workers and self.</li>\n <li>Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services and design of program delivery.</li>\n <li>Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services as available community resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li> Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.</li>\n <li>Certified CLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
