This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational stability across community-based housing services.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1.5;\">As the HUD Accounting Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable functions, compliance monitoring, and audit coordination while supervising accounting staff. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with experience in HUD-funded housing, affordable housing, nonprofit fund accounting, government grant accounting, property management accounting, or regulatory compliance.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do (Responsibilities)</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"line-height: 2;\"><strong>HUD Financial Reporting:</strong>Prepare HUD financial statements, budgets, and required reports</li><li style=\"line-height: 2;\"><strong>Accounting Operations:</strong> Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing procedures, and financial recordkeeping</li><li style=\"line-height: 2;\"><strong>Compliance Monitoring:</strong> Ensure adherence to HUD regulations, funding requirements, and reporting deadlines</li><li style=\"line-height: 2;\"><strong>Contract &amp; Funding Coordination:</strong> Prepare and submit contract renewals, funding documentation, proposals, and required reports</li><li style=\"line-height: 2;\"><strong>Audit &amp; Inspection Coordination:</strong> Coordinate HUD and REAC inspections, audits, and responses to findings</li><li style=\"line-height: 2;\"><strong>Documentation &amp;
