He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor</em></p></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM modeler, with a focus on mechanical systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Trimble SketchUp.</li><li>Ability to conduct research and integrate findings into BIM updates.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to perform effectively in a classified work environment.</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Skill &amp; Certification Requirements</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Facility maintenance and operations</li><li>Mechanical drafting</li><li>Building Information modeling</li><li>Technical drawings and documentation</li><li>Autodesk AEC suite&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written and oral communications Familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Position requires sitting for long periods of time.
