This 300‑resident assisted living and skilled nursing community features dining room service and tray service to room.</p>\n<p>The General Manager will be hands-on and oversee a team of one manager and approximately 30 hourly staff. Responsibilities include full oversight of daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and a positive dining experience for residents.  A dietary manager certification (<strong>CDM</strong>) is needed or must be willing to obtain.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>have oversight of daily dining operations;</li>\n <li>deliver high-quality food service;</li>\n <li>achieve company and client financial targets and goals (fee account);</li>\n <li>develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships;</li>\n <li>develop strategic plans;</li>\n <li>create a positive environment; and</li>\n <li>ensure Sodexo Standards are met.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
