Your Responsibilities:
You want to actively sell, take responsibility for your own sales territory, and at the same time be part of a stable, professional sales environment? Then this position with the following core tasks is perfect for you:
Independent management and development of an assigned sales territory Active acquisition of new B2B customers via phone, email, and digital channels Qualification of leads and identification of new business opportunities Building sustainable customer relationships and continuously developing the sales pipeline Close collaboration with field sales, partners, and marketing Maintenance and structured use of the CRM system Participation in sales initiatives, campaigns, and market development
Your Profile:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, university degree, or a comparable qualification Initial experience in sales, inside sales, customer consulting, or account management Enjoyment of active communication and engaging with customers Structured, independent way of working with a strong focus on closing deals Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B dynamics Affinity for IT and confident use of digital tools Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
