To be successful as a Recovery Technician, you should have a positive attitude and a passion to help others. The Mental Health Technician supports patients in an empathetic but respectful and professional way. You should be able to remain professional under pressure and keep all personal information about patients confidential.</p><p>Individuals served are all females that have a history of trauma due to human trafficking, abuse, substance abuse etc. We are looking for someone compassionate and empathetic who seeks to grow professionally while changing and improving individuals&rsquo; lives.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Responsible for adherence to and enforcing the daily individuals schedule and program rules.</li><li>Ensure thorough searches are done as per search checklist on all individuals upon entry, or reentry to the residential program, and during random searches.</li><li>Assists individuals with their needs, including assistance with activities of daily living (i.e., assistance with bathing, cleaning living area, assistance with grooming practices etc.) in conjunction with the Treatment Team and contributes to Treatment Team interventions.</li><li>Document Incident Reports for all incidents (fights, medical emergencies, etc.) and give to Residential Supervisor within 24 hours of incidents.</li><li>Maintains census to ensure accurate location of each individual client.</li><li>Transport individuals to CHI and other places as needed and approved by Residential Services Coordinator.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned by Residential Services Coordinator or Residential Supervisor</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits Highlights</strong></p><p><strong>Balance:</strong> Competitive compensation and benefit package that includes two weeks of paid Vacation and PTO plan, 11 paid Holidays, life plan, legal assistance; 403b and more.</p><p><strong>Development:</strong> Leadership development, personal and professional growth.</p><p><strong>Culture:</strong> Loved and faith-based mission, respect to diversity; going through expansion and growth.</p><p><strong>Who we are:</strong></p><p>Agape Network is where exceptional service is met, and prioritizing our patients is our goal.
