font-size: 12pt\">Project planning with Superintendent, prepare preliminary schedule, identify scheduling risks, schedule discussion with clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to tendering efforts for projects, prepare and review tender analysis, administer contracts with trades, liaison with Estimation and Contractors for pricing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage and chair design and or construction meetings, liaison with sub contractors and Consultants, resolve conflicts and problems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
