          "text": "<p>As a Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including, media filtration, wastewater, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF).</p><p><strong>Key Characteristics</strong></p><ul><li>&#xa0;Conduct maintenance and calibration activities</li><li>&#xa0;Consult with customer management and operation teams</li><li>Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills</li><li>&#xa0;Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications</li><li>&#xa0;Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance</li></ul><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation</li><li>&#xa0;Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed</li><li>&#xa0;Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts</li><li>Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems</li><li>Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements</li><li>&#xa0;Enter and complete work orders, purchase orders and PM Plans in Salesforce</li><li>&#xa0;Daily timekeeping in Kronos</li><li>Complete and submit expense reports&#xa0;</li><li>&#xa0;Respond to system trouble calls and troubleshoot and restore system operation in a timely manner</li><li>&#xa0;Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
