Human Resources Business Partner Senior Living | Regional Role American House is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple senior living communities across a designated region. This role partners closely with Executive Directors and regional leaders to strengthen hiring, retention, performance management, and workplace culture. What You’ll Do Partner with community and regional leaders on staffing, retention, and employee engagement Support hiring and onboarding for leadership and key roles Advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, and compliance Conduct investigations and guide fair, consistent people practices Use workforce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Support regional and company‑wide HR initiatives What We’re Looking For 7–10 years of HR experience, including multi‑site or regional support Senior living , healthcare , or hospitality experience preferred Strong employment law knowledge (Michigan) Excellent coaching and communication skills Ability to travel regularly within the region Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Why American House Meaningful work supporting residents and care teams Strong partnership with operations and leadership Opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple communities Company Overview American House Senior Living Communities Founded in 1979, American House Senior Living Communities’ vision is to provide high-quality housing for senior at a price affordable for retirees and their families.
