You can lead the way into a new future for our industry, inspiring the next generation of driven and committed people in the process.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Learn about leadership opportunities with GHD.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><br><strong>Your Responsibilities will include:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for Contract Administration of civil provincial and municipal infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Liaise with the Project Managers, designers, field inspectors, contractors and clients on a daily basis.</li>\n <li>Work with the Construction Administration Project Management staff in the overall management of staff and departmental initiatives.</li>\n <li>Work with Project Management staff to develop project policies and procedures related to quality, safety, the environment, and professional ethics.</li>\n <li>Supervise and direct field staff&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct Constructability Reviews as required on Highway and Bridge projects.</li>\n <li>Liaise with Clients for future Construction work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Competencies &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>OACETT ‘rcca’ designation, or Professional Engineers Ontario designation as a P.Eng.</li>\n <li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in Civil Engineering Infrastructure, with a substantial focus on Highway and Bridge construction.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 projects’ experience as a Contract Administrator on MTO, Regional or Municipal contracts with construction value greater than $10-million.</li>\n <li>Proven aptitude for estimating construction schedule, quantities and costs.</li>\n <li>Experience with progress payments, change orders, leading site meetings, preparation of minutes, and providing guidance to field staff in relation to contracts.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are a must.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, both oral and written.</li>\n <li>Proficient with MS Word and Excel.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues, associates, and clients.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively multi-task and work in fast paced, high change environment.</li>\n <li>Good initiative and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Strong skills in conflict resolution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The salary range for this position is <strong>$88,540 -$134,540</strong>. The posted salary range&nbsp;represents&nbsp;the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city&nbsp;centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations.
