If you're passionate about making a positive impact as a Patient Services Representative, we invite you to join our team! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Patient Services Representative: Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>\n<p>As a valued member of our team, our Patient Services Representatives (PSR) play an integral role in creating lasting impressions that promote a positive patient experience. The PSR role is essential in building a patient-centric culture that fosters loyalty and trust within the communities we serve. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet patients and visitors professionally in-person and over telephone. </li>\n <li>Coordinate effective scheduling and confirmation of appointments. </li>\n <li>Assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing patient referrals. </li>\n <li>Ensure patient chart accuracy and the collection of required documentation and consents. </li>\n <li>Verify patient insurance and eligibility, and collect payments as required. </li>\n <li>Notify providers of patient arrivals and assist in presenting pertinent patient information. </li>\n <li>Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process. </li>\n <li>Confirm all future appointments and assist in scheduling follow-up treatment. </li>\n <li>Maintain financial records and perform daily and weekly deposits. </li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with MCDC policies, as well as State, Federal, and other regulatory agencies. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Sterilization Specialist: Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare patients for treatment. </li>\n <li>Learn how to take and develop x-rays, experience not necessary. </li>\n <li>Perform instrument sterilization and infection control. </li>\n <li>Clean and stock operatory. </li>\n <li>Control inventory of clinical supplies. </li>\n <li>Inventory control of laboratory cases. </li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You may be a good fit for this hybrid role if you possess:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to work with interruptions and to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. </li>\n <li>Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining a professional demeanor. </li>\n <li>Computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet. </li>\n <li>Ability to operate office equipment i.e. Calculator, fax, copier, scanner, credit card terminal, multiple phone lines. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of Dentistry.</li>\n <li>Experience with autoclave, suction, hand pieces, panorex, cephalometric, TMJ film, processor, plasma arc light, amalgamator, ultrasonic, vacuum form machine, air compressor, model trimmer, amalgam separator, vacuum pump, hydrim, statmatic.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school graduate or equivalent.
