The ALP Program is a Medicaid funded home care in an assisted living community. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>NYS Registered Nurse(s) with knowledge or experience with Medicaid billing, Uniform Assessment System (UAS), and development and management of care plans are encouraged to apply!  Experience in LHCSA, CHHA, or LTHHCP is preferred. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is FT days, with the ability to flex hours.
