Our Therapists will be working with adults, adolescents, and families, primarily in groups, with some individual and family work. Experience with group work, adolescents and evidence based approaches is preferred. Group modalities currently include CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Process, Multi-Family Psychoeducation and Experiential Therapies (Art, Mindfulness, Meditation.) Evening work required 1 days per week until 7pm; we have 3 shifts 9:30-4, 11:00-5:30, and 12:30-7:00pm.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain the well-being of clients and the integrity of the program.</li>\n<li>Provide effective family, group and individual psychotherapy.</li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of mental health, dual diagnosis, CBT, DBT, and family systems approach.</li>\n<li>Conduct assessments of clients at admission and as needed.</li>\n<li>Provide appropriate diagnoses and treatment recommendations based on a review of the client’s history, signs, and symptoms.</li>\n<li>Provide crisis intervention services.</li>\n<li>Consult with agency staff, caregivers and other professionals.</li>\n<li>Maintain all documentation in appropriate and timely manner as required.</li>\n<li>Provide appropriate discharge planning for clients as required.</li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of and act in accordance with Balance Treatment Center mission and philosophy.</li>\n<li>Participate in treatment planning.</li>\n<li>Provide utilization reviews as required.</li>\n<li>Attend in-service training and educational workshops.</li>\n<li>Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.</li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of and act in accordance with current legal standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, professional boundaries, and related issues.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate respect for cultural and lifestyle diversities of clients and staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>LMFT,LCSW, LPCC,PHD, AMFT, ACSW, APCC or related clinical qualifications</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Associates encouraged to apply, please note we only have a LMFT supervisor at this time, we cannot provide Psyd supervision or LCSW supervision. </span></li>\n<li>Prior training in DBT, ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness or other evidenced-based practices is preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.</li>\n<li>Must be customer-service driven.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a fair and inclusive work place.</p>\n<p>Competitive benefits program and strong potential for growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We strive to provide our group a chance to learn, a chance to teach, a chance to listen, a chance to serve, a chance to work for and to witness victories.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Healing Happens Together!</em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
