    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"885\">The University of Maine System is seeking an <strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"628\">Applications Administrator.</strong> The Applications Administrator is responsible for working with the Director of Campus Card and Cellular Services to lead and oversee all technical operations of the University of Maine System (UMS) Card &amp; Cellular Services department. Responsibilities include computing resources, application development, network infrastructure, software, system, and database administration, and technical project management.
