Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong>General Accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exchanges paper currency for playing chips.</li>\n <li>Checks accuracy of table bank inventory, marker, and table fill and table Credit documents. </li>\n <li>keep track and record buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts in compliance with established Pit procedures. </li>\n <li>Collects and replaces Casino Chips as needed. </li>\n <li>Review playing cards prior to guest playing.</li>\n <li>Promotes outstanding customer and team member relations. </li>\n <li>Ensure the initiation of fills and credits to tables. </li>\n <li>Ensures tables are opened and closed in designed areas based off business demands.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent; at least one year of supervisory experience requires.</li>\n <li>Professional Dealing experience required.</li>\n <li>Must have game knowledge in Mini Bac, Black Jack, Craps, and Roullette. </li>\n <li>Must be able to perform more than one task at a time. </li>\n <li>Comfortable with bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, and standing throughout the duration of the shift; Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs. </li>\n <li>Outstanding communication and people skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
