Conduct outreach and engagement to identify and connect with potentially eligible households, building strong relationships within the Central Brooklyn community.
Manage the day-to-day implementation of project activities, ensuring timelines and program goals are met.

Conduct assessments to determine homeowner eligibility and assist with the completion of program applications.
Identify and match appropriate funding sources to project measures and initiatives.
Collect, enter, and manage program data and produce timely, accurate reports.
Obtain homeowner consent for direct access to energy bills and usage data.
Follow up with clients to assess the impact on energy bills at 6- and 12-month intervals.
Responsible for program evaluation efforts to measure outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
