    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<h2><strong>MRB Design Engineer – IV - V</strong><strong>Location: </strong>Wichita, KS On-site (Office-Based Role)</h2>\n<p>💰 <strong>Pay Range:</strong> $57.00 – $62.00/hour💰 <strong>Sign-On Bonus:</strong> $3,000 (after 90 days of successful employment)🎯 <strong>Retention Bonus:</strong> $5,000 after 12 months of employment</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Expleo Group USA is seeking Expert to Consultant-level <strong>MRB Design Engineers </strong>(Levels 4–5) to lead complex engineering decision-making and provide advanced technical authority across aerospace manufacturing programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an office-based role focused on high-level engineering judgment, innovation, and technical leadership through documentation-based MRB analysis and disposition.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are recognized as subject matter experts, capable of solving complex challenges while shaping technical standards, best practices, and organisational capability.</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead resolution of highly complex MRB nonconformances requiring advanced engineering judgment</li>\n <li>Develop robust and innovative repair solutions considering fit, form, function, airworthiness, cost, and schedule</li>\n <li>Serve as technical authority in cross-functional and customer-facing engagements</li>\n <li>Define and improve MRB processes, practices, and engineering standards</li>\n <li>Drive consistency, compliance, and technical excellence across programs</li>\n <li>Provide expert guidance to Design, Stress, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams</li>\n <li>Mentor engineers across all levels and strengthen technical capability</li>\n <li>Support audits, program reviews, and regulatory compliance activities</li>\n <li>Contribute to advanced problem-solving, methodology development, and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What This Role Is</h2>\n<p>✔ High-level technical authority and decision-making role✔ Complex problem-solving and engineering leadership✔ Strategic contributor to engineering capability and standards</p>\n<h2>What This Role Is Not</h2>\n<p>✖ Entry or mid-level engineering role✖ Production-floor support or reactive troubleshooting✖ Routine disposition or approval-only function</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (ABET-accredited)</li>\n <li>9 - 14+ years of MRB/aerospace engineering experience with recognized subject matter expertise</li>\n <li>Strong expertise in metallic and composite structures</li>\n <li>Significant experience supporting Boeing programs (737/787 preferred) or similar aircraft platforms</li>\n <li>Prior MRB signing authority or delegated approval (strongly preferred)</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of airworthiness, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks</li>\n <li>Proficiency in SAP NCMS or similar systems</li>\n <li>CATIA V5 experience preferred</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical decisions and influence stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Schedules</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Day, night, and weekend shifts available</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Three thousand dollars sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment</li>\n <li>Competitive hourly rate ($57–$62)</li>\n <li>Five thousand dollars retention bonus after 12 months of employment</li>\n <li>3 weeks (15 days) of paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits</li>\n <li>401(k) with company match</li>\n <li>Stable, office-based work environment</li>\n <li>Long-term role with retention incentive</li>\n <li>Supportive, collaborative engineering culture</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Expleo</h2>\n<p>Expleo is a global engineering, technology, and consulting service provider with 18,000 employees in over 30 countries.
