From brake repairs and AC service, to spark plugs and new tires, no matter what type of car repair is required, the ASE-certified pros can get you in and out and back on the road in no time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Automotive Technician / Mechanic</strong> is responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles while adhering to the MAP guidelines and in accordance with dealership, manufacturer’s and company standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION: Up to $90K/Yr (Hourly + Flag)</strong><strong></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Automotive Technician / Mechanic Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Bi-Weekly Pay</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation and Sick Time</li>\n <li>6 Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance (Company paid)</li>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match</li>\n <li>Discounted Services on Personal and Immediate Family Vehicles</li>\n <li>Opportunity for Advancement!!!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnoses vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications/experience.</li>\n <li>Performs work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Explains technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include the Store Manager, Service Consultants and/or customers.</li>\n <li>Recommends services that are necessary to keep the customer’s vehicle in running condition; properly documents all recommendations in customer file.</li>\n <li>Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.</li>\n <li>Maintains appropriate ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess current, valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Prefer a minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience or training</li>\n <li>Must be able to work Monday - Saturday</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p>The Automotive Technician will be exposed to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
