    "description": "<p>Robinson Helicopter Company is a leading manufacturer of civil rotorcraft with a 50-year history of providing affordable helicopters for a wide range of applications.&nbsp; Robinson Helicopter Company, located in Torrance, CA, is an engineering-focused organization that provides unique, challenging, and exciting opportunities to contribute to the future of vertical flight.</p>\n\n<p>We are actively seeking a Prepper-Polisher in our Paint Department, reporting to the Manager of Paint Operations.</p>\n\n<p>This is a full-time, non-exempt position.&nbsp; Eligible for overtime.&nbsp; We offer comprehensive group health plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, and other supplementary plans.&nbsp; We also offer a competitive 401k Retirement Plan.</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Able to understand manufacture mixing instructions</li>\n\t<li>Understand the parts and functions of a spray gun</li>\n\t<li>Use of gravity feed spray gun</li>\n\t<li>Color match and blend when required</li>\n\t<li>Repair (minor) dents</li>\n\t<li>Spray polyurethane basecoat/pearls</li>\n\t<li>Use of pressure feed gun with 2 quart pressure pot</li>\n\t<li>Able to properly setup 2 quart pressure pot for spraying</li>\n\t<li>Setup fluid delivery, check paint temp, proper spraying technique</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px\"><em><strong>Available for both 1st and 2nd shift.&nbsp; 2nd shift has 8% shift differential additional to the base pay rate.</strong></em></p>\n",
