Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, AI-Augmented Full-Stack Engineer to join our Wealth &nbsp;. This role is located in Pune.</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p>\n<p>• Embrace Engineering 2.0 practices by actively using AI-augmented development workflows in your day-to-day work, contributing to team velocity and quality improvements</p>\n<p>• Use AI coding assistants (Windsurf, Claude Code) and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to accelerate your software delivery, automate routine tasks, and maintain high engineering standards</p>\n<p>• Contribute to the design and development of scalable solutions that integrate machine learning models, event streaming pipelines, and cloud-native services on Azure and AWS</p>\n<p>• Support the implementation of data platforms using Snowflake, helping to build and maintain integrations with broader enterprise data ecosystems</p>\n<p>• Assist in building and maintaining event streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event Hubs) to support high-throughput financial data flows</p>\n<p>• Develop and maintain full-stack features using .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL, writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code</p>\n<p>• Participate in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, actively learning and contributing to discussions on AI-augmented development and cloud patterns</p>\n<p>• Support team members through peer collaboration and pair programming, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning</p>\n<p>• Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and data teams to understand and apply best practices for cloud infrastructure and data pipeline design</p>\n<p>• Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality across the team</p>\n<p>• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and practices, helping to drive effective and adaptive workflows</p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p>\n<p>• Enthusiasm for AI-augmented development, with exposure to or willingness to learn tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs)</p>\n<p>• An understanding of Engineering 2.0 principles and a desire to use AI and intelligent automation to enhance how software is designed, built, and deployed</p>\n<p>• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and an interest in integrating ML capabilities into applications and data pipelines</p>\n<p>• Exposure to or willingness to learn Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics</p>\n<p>• Awareness of event streaming concepts and technologies such as Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or AWS Kinesis</p>\n<p>• Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS cloud services, with a willingness to deepen your cloud skills across compute, storage, and serverless offerings</p>\n<p>• Working experience with .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL for building applications and data access layers</p>\n<p>• Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming</p>\n<p>• Experience or exposure to Agile delivery practices (ideally Scrum)</p>\n<p>• Knowledge of TDD, Continuous Integration, and automation practices</p>\n<p>• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)</p>\n<p>• Ability to analyse designs and code and contribute constructive feedback</p>\n<p>• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</p>\n<p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:<br><a href=\"https://www.bnymellon.com/newsroom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY Newsroom</a><br><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bny-mellon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY LinkedIn</a></p>\n<p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:<br>\n  • America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025<br>\n  • World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025<br>\n  • “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p>\n<p>Our Benefits and Rewards:</p>\n<p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
