Candidates should have at least <strong>one year of recent hand therapy experience or completed fieldwork in hand therapy</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role, you will treat a wide range of upper extremity conditions, including tendon injuries, post‑operative fractures, sprains, and other orthopedic diagnoses. You will work within a supportive outpatient team, alongside experienced hand therapists and regional CHTs who collaborate on education, best practices, and schedule support.</p>\n<p>Our clinics offer comprehensive resources for post‑surgical and non‑operative care, with strong referral relationships with local hand and orthopedic surgeons.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re looking to grow within a stable organization with a thriving national Hand Therapy program, we invite you to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Under the direction of the licensed occupational therapist, optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients.</li>\n <li>Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components</li>\n <li>Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services.</li>\n <li>Observe, note, and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals</li>\n <li>Ensure proper documentation of patient care.</li>\n <li>Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/ procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program</li>\n <li>National registration and state COTA licensure or registration REQUIRED</li>\n <li>Must have 1 year current working experience with hand therapy patients.
