Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Supervisor, Peers, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add/subtract and to multiply/divide.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Specific positions require forklift certification or ability to become certified; and/or require a valid driver's license.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use teamwork skills. The employee will occasionally use interpersonal and customer service skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.  This is an on-site position.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Distribution Center Associate position should possess the following: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience with a reach stand up lift</li>\n <li>Previous experience with a rider pallet jack</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The employee must be able to perform these functions in Hot/Cold environment, both indoors and outdoors.
