    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Interfacing with company executives, program managers, engineers, and infrastructure managers in accounting, property, security, shipping/receiving, information technology, facilities, and contracting</li>\n <li>Prepares, negotiates, manages, and closes out subcontracts and consulting agreements, as assigned</li>\n <li>Assisting in developing and reporting metrics for subcontract actions and customer service</li>\n <li>Participating in continuous improvement program, recommending process changes and techniques and assisting in implementation</li>\n <li>Supporting teamwork, customer service, positive interpersonal relationship techniques, and alignment with company mission, values, and goals</li>\n <li>Conducting subcontract negotiation and administration of routine subcontracts</li>\n <li>Analyzing estimates of service, material, equipment and production costs</li>\n <li>Reviewing performance requirements ensuring contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations</li>\n <li>Issuing contract and financial program documents</li>\n <li>Structuring contractual terms to company business strategy</li>\n <li>Initiating internal documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications</li>\n <li>Monitoring company performance on contractual obligations</li>\n <li>Originating all company correspondence of contractual significance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>#LI-DH1</em> </p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of Subcontract Management experience.
