    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Strategic Finance Manager leads business strategy, data analysis, and alignment of financial goals with business objectives. This role is critical in the successful execution of the Company's long-range financial plan and provides data-driven insights in support of strategic initiatives across the company, including M&A. The position monitors trends and developments in the industry, economy, and capital markets, while conducting research and analysis of internal and external financial, business, and technology trends — including long-term financial modeling.</p>\n<h2>Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a detailed 3-statement financial model, valuation model, and other relevant industry and market models to support strategic decision-making.</li>\n <li>Support strategic short and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and analysis of investment opportunities.</li>\n <li>Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on company financial performance, including metrics to help meet long-term growth plans.</li>\n <li>Develop forecasts and analysis regarding customer and ARR-related metrics, while providing thought leadership on the implications of these metrics.</li>\n <li>Identify financial risks and opportunities through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.</li>\n <li>Develop and present dashboards, reports, and executive summaries highlighting financial performance and KPIs to senior leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Technology Tools</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adaptive Insights</li>\n <li>Microsoft Power BI</li>\n <li>SQL</li>\n <li>Python</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Essentials</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor's degree</strong> in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with <strong>5+ years of related experience</strong> in a senior financial or strategic role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS within a high-growth environment.</li>\n <li><strong>Prior experience in investment banking</strong> with a strong understanding of financial statements — including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement — along with strong financial modeling skills.</li>\n <li>Strong experience with <strong>FP&A and BI analytics tools</strong>, including Adaptive Insights and Power BI.</li>\n <li>Strong <strong>business partnering experience</strong> with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders.</li>\n <li>Excellent <strong>problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills</strong> with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We'd Like to See (Preferred Skills)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent <strong>interpersonal skills</strong> with the ability to maintain solid rapport with team members and professionalism with those outside of the department.</li>\n <li>Experience at a <strong>Private Equity portfolio company.</strong></li>\n <li>Excellent <strong>leadership, sound judgment, and business acumen</strong> with a track record of driving strategic outcomes.</li>\n <li>Excellent <strong>verbal and written communication and presentation skills</strong> that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to conduct <strong>market analysis and industry benchmarking</strong> to inform and shape growth strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>The salary range for this role is <strong>$140,000 – $155,000</strong>. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs.
