If you would like to join a company that invests in its people &amp; rewards them well, then now is the time to become a part of our passionate team.</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Person</span></p>\n<p>· The ability to build and develop strong client relationships by simply having conversations.</p>\n<p>· Excellent communication skills on all levels, both written and oral</p>\n<p>· Outward going and positive personality with a ‘can do attitude’</p>\n<p>· To be able to work to, and be rewarded for, achieving defined goals</p>\n<p>· Able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment, where no two days are the same.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p>· Development of our larger contracts to maintain &amp; increase service levels</p>\n<p>· Maintain working pool of candidates in line with client requirement</p>\n<p>· Liaise with onsite clients to receive booking requirements and ensure fulfilment with compliant and suitable candidate from working pool.</p>\n<p>· To achieve and surpass specific KPI’s in line with Service Level Agreement</p>\n<p>· Ensuring you provide a high-quality service to both your temps and client alike</p>\n<p>.
