    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Tyto Athene is searching for a <strong>Desktop Support Level II</strong> in Youngstown, OH. This is a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services.</p>  \n<strong>Responsibilities</strong>:\n<ul>\n <li>Provide support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware. </li>\n <li>Perform configurations, installations, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance of personal computer products and peripherals </li>\n <li>May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. </li>\n <li>Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties. </li>\n <li>Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems. </li>\n <li>Maintain currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity</li>\n <li>Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent (IT Support, IT Tech, etc.)</li>\n <li>Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote IT aid.</li>\n <li>Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities.</li>\n <li>Excellent vertical and lateral thinking.</li>\n <li>Superb time management skills.</li>\n <li>Clear written and verbal communication.</li>\n <li>Forbearing, flexible, and supportive</li>\n <li>On site support in Youngstown, OH.</li>\n <li>Active CompTIA IAT Level II certification; i.e. SecPlus+ certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active DoD Secret clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimal, less than 10% </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Tyto Athene</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
