The AM is also responsible for maintaining brand standards and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Oversees multiple restaurant locations and ensure that each restaurant is meeting or exceeding it&#39;s financial and operational goals.</li><li>Attracts, develops, and retains store leadership within assigned area.</li><li>Provides feedback and contributes to continuous improvement for locations.</li><li>Works with leadership and development team to develop new stores.</li><li>Works with marketing team to ensure consistent marketing message to attract guests.</li><li>Conducts assessment and audit of stores to ensure compliance with standards and all health and safety regulations, labor laws, and local ordinances.</li><li>Knowledgeable about POS and able to train and make changes to products.</li><li>Monitors store P&amp;Ls to ensure cost metrics are met.</li><li>Collaborates with site leadership teams to ensure business is running smoothly and team members are supported.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous supervisory experience, preferably with multi unit leadership</li><li>ServSafe certified</li></ul></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
