This role involves assisting in renovation projects and repairs and ensuring that work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Functions</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform and assist on various renovation tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and plumbing.</li>\n <li> Handle repairs as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures work performed complies with local building codes, regulations, and meets WEL community standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures materials, tools, and equipment are used as designed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow safety protocols and practices on renovation sites. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications include:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 1-3 years' experience in renovations team or construction crew.
