The ideal candidate will safely operate hydro excavation equipment to perform non-destructive digging for underground utilities while maintaining strict safety standards</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Supervisory Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>None</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Duties/Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate hydro vac truck and vacuum excavation equipment safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Perform potholing, daylighting, trenching, and utility exposure</li>\n<li>Transport equipment to and from job sites</li>\n<li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>\n<li>Maintain equipment in clean and working condition</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures and job-site protocols</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Required Skills/Abilities: </em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hydro vac or vacuum excavation experience preferred</li>\n<li>Knowledge of underground utility locating and excavation safety</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Must be able to pass drug screening and background check</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to safely operate:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>High-pressure water systems</li>\n<li>Vacuum boom and debris tank</li>\n<li>PTO systems</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Basic equipment maintenance experience (daily inspections, greasing, cleaning tanks, winterization)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Education and Experience:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED (required)</li>\n<li>Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)\n<ul>\n<li>Class B (minimum; Class A acceptable)</li>\n<li>Air brake endorsement (required)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Tank endorsement (preferred or required, depending on truck configuration)</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred; can be obtained after hire)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Physical Requirements: </em></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.</li>\n<li>Must be able to visually inspect machines.</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
