Provide performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end</li>\n <li>Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting.</li>\n <li>Oversee daily operations of the audit engagement. From staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and the conclusion</li>\n <li>Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions</li>\n <li>Assist clients with GAAP compliance and the adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates. Address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise while communicating proactively and promptly</li>\n <li>Serve as an instructor in the firm, department training programs, and meetings</li>\n <li>Take part in and provide leadership in community, networking, and business development activities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required</li>\n <li>CPA license required</li>\n <li>5 years of experience, preferably in public accounting</li>\n <li>Supervisory experience required</li>\n <li>Ability to travel to client sites</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Kristin Kallies from Wipfli’s recruiting team will be guiding you through this process. The estimated base pay range for this role is $110,000 to $166,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
