    "description": "<h2>Basic Qualifications </h2>\n<p>Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: </strong>Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities for this Position</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Systems Engineer who has experience in the design and development of NSA-certified Cybersecurity devices.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct trade studies, perform functional system analysis, and develop CONOPS </li>\n <li>Analyze, develop and maintain system requirements throughout product development lifecycle</li>\n <li>Develop real-time multi-threaded Embedded System architecture and design using Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques  </li>\n <li>Collaborate with software and validation engineering teams to deliver Voice over IP solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills and Experiences:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Voice over IP</li>\n <li>Networking</li>\n <li>NSA approved Cryptography/Encryption</li>\n <li>Security requirements analysis</li>\n <li>Real-Time multi-threaded Embedded System architecture and development</li>\n <li>Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE)</li>\n <li>CISSP certification or similar</li>\n <li>Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We value candidates who possess:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive to expand knowledge and experience in designing complex systems</li>\n <li>Ability to define project scope, schedule, and expected results</li>\n <li>Initiative to complete assignments and ability to engage in technical direction and leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Commitment to You:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An exciting career path with opportunities for continuous learning and development</li>\n <li>Research-oriented work with award-winning teams</li>\n <li>Competitive benefits package</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#CJ3</p>\n<h2>Salary Note</h2>This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
