In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle-from planning and budgeting through execution, delivery, and project closure-while ensuring alignment between clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions on time, within scope, and within budget, while continuously improving project management practices and operational efficiency across the organization.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful execution within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and implementation plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, communicating progress, and facilitating decision-making.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in close collaboration with the Accounting team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Track project progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure successful project handover, formal acceptance, and completion of all contractual and commercial obligations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, operational processes, and best practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">If you have </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven project management experience within the software development industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and established project management methodologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with Agile frameworks, including Scrum; additional methodologies are a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and mitigate project risks, blockers, and scope changes;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Fluent English, both written and spoken.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
