As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>BCaBAs and Practicum Students are encouraged to apply as well as we provide free supervision hours towards your BCBA!</p>\n<p>Join a team that's investing in growth, innovation, and the future of pediatric ABA services in Eastern North Carolina.</p>\n<p>Apply today to learn more about our Jacksonville, NC opportunity!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines</li>\n <li>Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)</li>\n <li>Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations</li>\n <li>Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations</li>\n <li>Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings</li>\n <li>Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers</li>\n <li>Stay current on research and evidence-based practices</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate \"CAQH\" profile and NPI</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators</li>\n <li>Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR</li>\n <li>Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly</li>\n <li>Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
