    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Job Title: Quality Technician&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Quality Manager</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Monday &ndash; Friday, Overtime as needed.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform inspection activities to ensure conformance of product to the design as defined by the engineering drawings and/or models, and the ability to interpret the engineering drawings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct complete dimensional inspections of components, assemblies, and tooling using measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and other gages as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate, understand, and report dimensional results</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform gage R&amp;R and capability studies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate CMM</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists Quality Engineer(s) with identifying nonconforming conditions that present existing or impending defective conditions at the level of production</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists Quality Engineers prepare inspection plans and checklists for inspection</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist Quality Engineers with data collection and root cause analysis investigations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">May specialize in receiving inspection, in-process inspection, process verification/auditing, final inspection, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure while supporting production operations and cross-functional teams</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to build positive and professional working relationships with team members at all organizational levels to maintain a collaborative and positive working environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in fast-paced or stressful situations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely support of production needs and shifting operational demands</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Additional duties as directed by Management or Supervision</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:39.0pt;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>General Work Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A high school diploma or its equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Quality background preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to effectively interpret data and present as information and respond to questions from engineers and other technical staff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with gage calibration in a manufacturing environment is preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Plex</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical environment/work conditions:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manipulate small to medium sized objects, materials or tools on a routine basis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Move light to moderately heavy objects continuously</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Apply a specific level of strength to move an object</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use arms/legs continually and repeatedly over an extended period of time</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Move at a moderate to fast pace across specified terrain for extended periods of time</li></ul></div>Adjust body position while performing task</div></div></div>\n",
