    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Primary Function</strong></p><p>The Bulk Merchandiser is responsible for fully stocking, rotating, and maintaining company merchandise in retail accounts to ensure product availability, display standards, and customer satisfaction. Utilization of a personal vehicle is required to service assigned accounts.This position serves the <strong>Central</strong><strong data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"777\">&nbsp;Market</strong>, which encompasses, but is not limited to, <strong>Durham, Southpoint, and Morrisville</strong>. This is primarily a weekend-only role.</p><p data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"881\"><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Stock, rotate, clean, and maintain product in shelves, coolers, fast lanes, and promotional displays according to company standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory and ordering records using approved systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Arrange merchandise to maximize visual appeal and sales performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Organize backroom inventory as needed and ensure proper product handling.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure proper accounting of product and assets.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with account personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High school diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid North Carolina driver&rsquo;s license required; personal vehicle utilization is required for this role.&nbsp;</li><li>Must maintain and provide valid vehicle registration and insurance in accordance with company and state requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age with a strong driving record.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum six (6) months of experience in stocking, route delivery, merchandising, or retail preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with availability for weekends and most holidays.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, lift up to 30 pounds overhead, push and pull product frequently, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours per day.&nbsp;</li><li>Availability to work until all daily duties are completed.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated dependability, integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to pass required background checks, Motor Vehicle Report review, and company drug testing requirements.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
