Whether dressing for work, everyday or special occasions, Express ensures you look and feel your best, wherever life takes you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Company operates over 400 retail and outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, the express.com online store and the Express mobile app.</p>\n<h2>Store Name</h2>Fair Oaks Mall\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Express is seeking a Retail Operations Expert to join our team.</strong><strong> </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Operations Expert will assist in providing a great in-store shopping experience for our retail customers by leading the merchandise flow processes confirming the product is available and sized. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing coaching and training for stockroom associates as needed.</li>\n <li>Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express time and efficiency standards.</li>\n <li>Replenish product as needed.</li>\n <li>Process freight and sensor product.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized stock room to ensure safe and efficient merchandise processing from stock room to floor.</li>\n <li>Coordinate product pricing and markdowns.</li>\n <li>Provide check-out support to customers as needed.</li>\n <li>Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Share information on product, promotions, and loyalty programs.</li>\n <li>Assist Sales Associates during onboarding and training.</li>\n <li>Assist with product launches changes according to company SOP.</li>\n <li>Assist customers as needed on the sales floor with locating product and/or online orders</li>\n <li>Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.</li>\n <li>Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience & Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: High School or Equivalent </li>\n <li>Years of Experience 0 - 2 relevant job experience - minimum 6 months </li>\n <li>Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours </li>\n <li>Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)   </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Critical Skills & Attributes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates strong customer service skills </li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates </li>\n <li>Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team </li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once <strong> </strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Compensation </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PHOENIX offers a range of benefits to help protect full-time associate’s health and long-term financial security including: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage </li>\n <li>401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match </li>\n <li>Merchandise discount </li>\n <li>Paid Time Off </li>\n <li>Parental leave for new moms and dads </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For part-time associates, PHOENIX is partnering with LIG Solutions to help associates obtain individual insurance coverage that best fits their needs and budget, including major medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, life Insurance and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Additionally, part-time associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave and to participate in the 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Part-time associates are also eligible to receive an Express merchandise discount, participate in our Learn & Earn incentive program, and choose voluntary benefits through YouDecide.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.</p>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>If you would like to know more about the California Consumer Privacy Act click here.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
