This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and is mechanically inclined.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must operate and work within our Mission Driven Culture Core Values and Principles and encourage others to do the same.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting in the building of our production facilities from the ground up. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Pulling, preparing, and staging parts and equipment for system builds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read, understand, and work from basic CAD drawings including construction documents, wiring diagrams, and plumbing schematics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Industrial equipment operation, such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Basic Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of experience in a shop or warehouse atmosphere, or as a machinist, welder, or fabricator.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiar with PVC and metal work, such as: welding, fitting, and assembly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of FCAW, GMAW and TIG welding processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with safe use and operation of a variety of hand and powered tools and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with safe manufacturing practices in a production/shop environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to effectively interface with customers and vendors in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be a team player and help where needed, yet motivated to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable with up to 75% travel to job sites as needed.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience working in construction. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with rigging.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Existing/current forklift certification a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">CDL or Chauffeur license is a plus.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Licensing &amp; Special Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Subject to a criminal background check and drug screening.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be willing to travel 2 to 3 weeks at a time, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">CDL or Chauffeur license is a plus.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Most of the work is performed on various construction sites, but will require occasional time working in a warehouse setting or at a desk.
