You will play a key role in leading payroll-related projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll operations. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and direction to the U.S. payroll team, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, implement best practices, and drive process improvements in payroll management. &nbsp;You will also have responsibility for U.S. Time &amp; Attendance processes, supported by ADP technology.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will impact Solstice by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, owning process optimization, and maintaining compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations.</p>\n<p>You will report directly to our Director, Global Payroll and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.</p>",
