Assist in maintaining ISM Certification and formulate the shipboard annual audit plan to ensure that audits are progressed and findings closed out</li>\n <li>Monitor Fleet Shipsure inputs (vessel) with particular attention to PMS and highlight omissions or errors in the data entries</li>\n <li>Working with members of the Management Team to co-ordinate all relevant information required for the preparation of the vessel running cost budget</li>\n <li>Assist in controlling and monitoring the risk for assigned vessels and to act as part of the risk assessment team for shipboard procedures and operations when called upon to do so. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The skills you will bring to our team</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>You are a team player with strong communication, inter-cultural skills and assertiveness</li>\n <li>Ability to administer technical and budgetary requirements</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze OPEX trends and develop forecasts</li>\n <li>Ability to use company software systems</li>\n <li>Ethical and accountable</li>\n <li>The ability to work autonomously and/or in a group setting as required, to create synergy. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why CSL?</h2>\n<p>CSL Australia (“CSLA”) was established in 1999 and is the largest owner of and operator of dry bulk coastal vessels operating in Australian waters.
