▶︎ Job Details: • Job Title: New Business Development • Client: HR Consulting • Working Location: Remote • Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time or Part-time • Language: English & Japanese ▶︎ Position Overview: Responsible for new client acquisition and business development for corporate clients at an HR consulting firm. ▶︎ What will you do: • Business Development & Sales: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing leads, and engaging in sales activities to grow the company's client base. Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business. Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. • Client Retention and Growth: Monitor client satisfaction and work to address any concerns or issues that may arise. • Other: Work closely with other internal teams (HR consultants, recruiters, and support staff) to ensure the smooth delivery of services. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills: • Able to carry out business operations at a high business level in both Japanese and English • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
