    "description": "<p>Phigenics is seeking a candidate with a flexible schedule who is interested in working <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">10-20 hours </span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">on average per month,</span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400\"><span> </span>DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fargo, ND</span> area.<span> </span></span>We will train the right person to take on-site readings via a testing instrument (i.e., chlorine, temperature, and pH readings) and collect building water samples to be sent to a lab for cultures. Travel within a 100-mile radius is expected on occasion. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The position requires self-motivation and the capacity to work independently. Must have excellent communication abilities and basic computer skills. The job often requires a great deal of walking around client sites, may include climbing stairs or ladders, and may require lifting up to 25 pounds. <span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Once fully trained, the employee may be expected to mentor or train peers to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and team development.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span><br></p>\n<p><span>High School Diploma or GED required. Some college courses in Chemistry or Biology are a plus.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for at least two years are required.
