          "text": "<p><strong>Basic requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related fields, or commensurate experience</li><li>2+ years of hands-on experience with material master data management within an ERP environment (SAP, PeopleSoft, or equivalent)&#xa0;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of data structures, hierarchies, naming conventions, and governance frameworks</li><li>Demonstrated experience with data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, supply chain, IT, and finance teams in a global environment</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail&#xa0;</li><li>Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred qualifications&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>SAP material master</strong> configuration, views, and workflows&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>engineering BOMs (Bills of Materials)</strong>, part numbering systems, or product data management (PDM/PLM) in a manufacturing context</li><li>Experience supporting <strong>ERP system migrations, integrations, or upgrades</strong>&#xa0;</li><li>Exposure to <strong>business intelligence or data visualization tools</strong> — Power BI, Tableau, or similar</li><li>Background working with <strong>engineering or operations data</strong> in an industrial manufacturing environment — machinery BOMs, part obsolescence tracking, order metrics&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>data governance frameworks</strong> and documented data stewardship practices</li><li>Experience <strong>training or guiding end users</strong> on data entry standards and ERP best practices</li></ul>",
