Make your own schedule :)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all accounting and financial operations for a growing manufacturing business</li>\n<li>Transition key accounting and finance functions from an outsourced accounting firm to an internal structure</li>\n<li>Own and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain accurate financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections</li>\n<li>Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and business insights</li>\n<li>Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements</li>\n<li>Establish, improve, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls</li>\n<li>Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related financial processes</li>\n<li>Support audits, tax preparation, and regulatory compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Mentor and develop an Accounting Assistant while creating a scalable accounting infrastructure</li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted business partner to leadership, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li>\n<li>7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience</li>\n<li>Manufacturing industry experience is required</li>\n<li>Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership role</li>\n<li>Experience supporting organizations with significant revenue volume and operational complexity</li>\n<li>Strong background in inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing financial reporting</li>\n<li>Experience implementing, optimizing, or managing large ERP systems</li>\n<li>Proven ability to create structure, processes, and financial discipline within a growing organization</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and handling day-to-day accounting responsibilities when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience transitioning accounting functions from outsourced providers to internal teams</li>\n<li>ERP experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, Plex, or similar manufacturing platforms</li>\n<li>Experience supporting organizations through periods of growth and operational transformation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible schedule with approximately 20 hours per week</li>\n<li>Opportunity to directly influence business strategy and growth</li>\n<li>High visibility with executive leadership</li>\n<li>Ability to build and improve accounting operations from the ground up</li>\n<li>Collaborative environment that values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Potential for expanded responsibilities as the organization continues to grow</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We look forward to your resume!</p>",
