Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for dealing and conducting table game play while providing and maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism and integrity within the game. </li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring gaming activity in your assigned table area is being conducted in accordance with all established rules and regulations while maintaining acceptable game pace and security to minimize potential theft. </li>\n <li>Provides customer service to all guests assuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable as a means of promoting return visits by the guest. </li>\n <li>Responsible for directly monitoring casino gaming activity in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, and workforce strength and compliance goals.  </li>\n <li>Provides encouragement, sets high expectations, and sets proud and positive examples necessary to ensure a fun, exciting and professional working environment for our staff and a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have high school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Must hold 6 years of table games experience.</li>\n <li>Must be fast and accurate in handling cash. </li>\n <li>Six months of experience in customer service field preferred. </li>\n <li>Prior poker experience or successful completion of poker school required. </li>\n <li>Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test, and pass an audition displaying adequate poker skills. </li>\n <li>Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets. </li>\n <li>Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money. </li>\n <li>Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in fast-paced environment. </li>\n <li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift.</li>\n <li>Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues with excellent peripheral vision.</li>\n <li> Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. </li>\n <li>Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
