You’ll ensure best practices are implemented, compliance standards are met, and every team member goes home safe each day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HazTek is seeking an experienced <strong>Safety Manager</strong> to oversee safety operations on our commercial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring OSHA compliance, implementing best safety practices, and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe. This position will focus heavily on field presence, onboarding activities, contractor oversight, and partnering with operations teams to maintain a safe and productive jobsite.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee all aspects of jobsite safety and OSHA compliance</li>\n <li>Conduct new hire orientations and daily safety interactions</li>\n <li>Perform daily site walks, audits, and inspections</li>\n <li>Support project teams with hazard recognition and problem solving</li>\n <li>Oversee subcontractors and trade contractors</li>\n <li>Assist with implementation of LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and MEWP safety programs</li>\n <li>Conduct incident investigations and complete required documentation</li>\n <li>Promote a collaborative, team-oriented safety culture across the project</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 6 years direct construction safety experience required</li>\n <li>Degree in a safety related field preferred </li>\n <li>OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus</li>\n <li>CHST or CSP preferred </li>\n <li>Advance knowledge of construction safety standards</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required </li>\n <li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills </li>\n <li><p>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
